2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

2.1. Course Access Not Provided

• Eligibility: If access to the purchased course is not provided within the prescribed date mentioned in the course confirmation email, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Procedure: Contact our support team immediately with proof of payment and any related correspondence to report the issue.

2.2. Duplicate Payment

• Eligibility: If a duplicate payment is made for the same course or service, a refund for the additional payment will be issued.
• Procedure: Submit evidence of both payments to our support team. Refunds will be processed through the same payment channel as the original transaction.

2.3. Video Quality Issues

• Eligibility: If video quality issues render the course non-functional, a refund may be issued.
• Procedure: Report the issue within 7 days of identifying it, providing specific details and evidence such as screenshots or recordings.

2.4. Event Cancellation

• Eligibility: If FXCareers Dubai cancels any scheduled events, a full refund for the event portion of the course fee will be provided.
• Procedure: Affected participants will be notified of cancellations. Refunds will be processed automatically or upon request.

3. Reasons for Denied Refund Claims

Refund requests may be denied in the following situations:

Course Consumption or Downloads: If a significant portion of the course has been consumed or any content downloaded prior to requesting a refund, the claim may be denied.

• Multiple Refund Requests: Requests for multiple refunds for the same course will not be entertained.
• Third-Party Purchases: Courses purchased through third-party vendors cannot be refunded by FXCareers Dubai. Contact the third-party vendor directly for refunds according to their policy.
• Affiliated Courses: Refunds for courses provided in affiliation with bodies such as NSE, NCDEX, or other educational partners are subject to the approval of those third parties.
• Non-Bona Fide Requests: If a refund request is suspected to be fraudulent or if there is abuse of services, the request may be denied.
• Missed Timed Events: Refunds will not be processed if a student misses a live course or webinar for personal reasons and the event has already taken place.

4. Refund Processing Period

Refund claims will typically be processed within 10 working days from the date the refund request is approved by FXCareers Dubai.

5. Privacy

6. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Entire Agreement: This Refund Policy and any additional terms agreed upon between you and FXCareers Dubai constitute the entire agreement regarding refunds and supersede any prior communications or agreements.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of this policy does not constitute a waiver of that provision. No single waiver of a breach constitutes a waiver of future breaches.
• Severability: If any provision of this policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable. The invalid provision will be reformed to align with legal requirements while preserving the parties' rights and expectations.
